This year marks a truly special milestone for us - 10 years of our cheese cellar dairy. A decade of passion, dedication, creativity, and a deep love for artisan cheesemaking. Our story began in 2016, when our Head Cheesemaker George and our Purchasing Director Nicky Philip brought a shared vision to life: to create exceptional goat’s cheese rooted in traditional methods, craftsmanship, and character. From the very beginning, this wasn’t just about making cheese - it was about building something meaningful, honest, and proudly artisan. Even the names of our cheeses were born from that same spirit of care and creativity. Together, George and Nicky named each of our goat’s cheeses - Ashlynn, Clara, Blanche, Luna, and Trufflyn - each with its own identity, personality, and story, just like the people behind them. In recent years, the family has grown with the addition of Greta, our cow’s curd, Delilah, a rich triple-cream cheese, and a new goat’s curd, further expanding the collection with even more character
