Travel and Export Administrative Assistant

Location - London

To work as part of the Export team providing a faultless supply of service to the customers. You will also be required to assist with the day to day support of our customers alongside the field based Account Managers. This role is to work directly with the Export Account Manager offering office based support.

Primary responsibilities would include:
- Resolving shortages with customers and being pro-active to determine availability, shortages etc
- Building relationships with customers so that you become first point of contact for any queries.
- Liaising with all other departments to ensure customers are given a flawless service and processes are adhered to correctly.
- Learning and understanding the airline procedures to assist where required.

The candidate must be able to work on their own using their initiative and have a willingness to learn and take on responsibilities as the role develops.
