joined his father in the business, and managed to gain Harrods, Dorchester and Intercontinental as customers.
Harvey & Brockless London was set up.
Harvey & Brockless London was sold to Antony Howson and the Sussex branch rebranded to H&B Limited under Michael.
Simon Yorke started working for Michael Day at H&B Limited.
H&B Limited changed its name to The Huge Cheese Company.
Jonnie Archer joined The Huge Cheese Company.
Simon & Robert Norman bought The Huge Cheese Company from Michael Day.
Porters Provisions was bought by The Huge Cheese Company.
The Huge Cheese Company moved to New Covent Garden Market.
Nick Martin and Nicky Philp joined The Huge Cheese Company.
