For more than twenty years dell’ami has thrived on sourcing remarkable food from artisan producers all over Europe; we offer outstanding yet affordable products. Our olives range from vibrant Sicilian Nocellara del Belice to intense, naturally black, salt-cured Beldi from Marrakech. Our antipasti spans artichokes grown and grilled in Puglia, Italy to Nonpareil Capers from Fez, Morocco. We are also hugely passionate about our distinctive olive oils, balsamic and wine vinegars, pestos, hummus and stone-milled rice. Add to this our launch of Charcuterie from Italy, Spain, France and Germany and more recently artisan producers from Lanarkshire, Worcestershire, Suffolk and Cornwall.
We find the very best by tracking down specialist producers, with outstanding and often historical products that can only be found in that region. We take the time to understand what is special about each producer and delight in sharing our knowledge with you.
We produce our own range of pestos, hummus, dressings, capers and olives in a variety of marinades; or in our development kitchen in New Covent Garden, we can work with you to create something completely original. The dell’ami range is constantly evolving as we continue sourcing, tasting and creating.
