Croxton Manor is available exclusively through Cheese Cellar. It is made from pasteurised cows' milk in the lush green pastures of Ireland.
To ensure consistent great quality, the cheddars are double graded by our experts. The first grading takes place in the early stages of production. From approximately 50 different sample blocks, only the most promising young cheeses that we can be sure will develop the exact flavour profile are selected. A second grading then takes place once the fully matured cheese is delivered to our premises, where batches that do not meet the required standard are rejected.
